Graduation party

04/25/11 		I am doing a graduation party with 100 people coming. My menu is 2 kinds of meatball subs, cheesy potatoes in the electric roaster, pasta salad with italian meats and cheese, vegetables and dip, small bags of chips, and some kind of fruit bowl or fruit prepared for dipping in chocolate. How does this sound and is one recipe of the potatoes enough? Is the fruit bowl a better option than dipping in chocolate? I would like to be able to set up the table but not have to man it constantly. Any suggestions? I love your site.

04/26/11 		Fine menu. If you do a chocolate fountain, someone must man it, so you want a chocolate fondue/dip if you want that. The cheesy potatoes for 100, about 20 pounds of potatoes- 2 roasters.
