Qty of turkey for hot sandwiches for 75 people

03/01/11 		How much turkey would I need to make enough shredded hot turkey sandwiches for 75 people? There will be a heavy soup, fruit and desserts along with the sandwich for the meal.

03/01/11 		1 pound whole turkey makes about 4 regular or 3 fat shredded turkey sandwiches. I would probably do 20-25 pounds.
