| Lorrie 02/28/11 | I am holding a Funeral meal for around 60 people. I was planning pot roast w/carrots/potatoes. Lasagna. Cold cuts, cheese, chicken dip w/baguettes. Cakes and cookies for dessert. Does this sound like a good menu. Any suggestions. And how much do I need for 60 people. |

If it is buffet service and you do not have tables for everyone, I suggest you do stew- pot roast needs cutting, stew doesn't. So this is just a SWAG, but here goes:
pot roast w/carrots/potatoes, for 36 people. |
