Self Catered Sweet 16

I was wondering how much of each of the items I am making would I need to feed 60 people. Also is this menu okay? Its about 35 teens and 25 adults.

chicken parm
Sausage & peppers
Penne Alla Vodka
Chicken Nuggets
Chicken legs (drums only)
Mozzarella sticks
Salad

Also having a chocolate fountain items to dip:
Strawberries
rice crispy treats
bananas
pretzels
cookies.

Thanks in advance for your advice. I'll be doing all the cooking, but have help in heating and setting up. Fun fun fun!
