| Debbie 01/24/11 | I have alot of ground buffalo meat from an actual buffalo that my father in law got on a hunting trip. I was wondering if it can be canned? I see many recipes on ground beef but none on ground buffalo. Would it be the same? I also like chili. Can you can chili or is it better to just make chili with the canned buffalo meat? Or some of both. Where do I find good recipes? | 
| ellen 01/24/11 | Yes, you can do it as with beef.  It is leaner, and LOOSE PACK is important.   Much better to make the chili with the canned meat.
