02/28/05 		Good Morning; our organization is having a spaghetti dinner for a Relay for Life fundraiser. I would like information on amounts needed to serve approx. 250 people. How many gallons of sauce, pounds of meatballs, pounds of spaghetti & pounds of salad mix. Thank you & I look forward to hearing from you. Nancy

05/24/06 		Spaghetti Fundraiser dinner for 600
I am doing a spaghetti dinner fundraiser for a kidney transplant for 600. I have cooked several of these over the years and have lost my recipe. I use #10 cans of spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, can you tell me how many I would need of each for the dinner. Also how many 3# bags of salad mix would I need.

03/07/07 		I am needing to know how much pasta and sauce to fix for 50 people. We are having a spagetti meal at church and I don't know how much to fix. If you could help I would appreciate it very much.
