09/22/10 		i am cooking a whole chicken in a slow cooker with great northern beans and i put in 4cups of water, but it doesent cover the legs of the chicken which are sticken up,should i be concerned, i have it on for 8 hours

11/04/10 		No, it stays hot enough to be safe as long as it stays covered.
