how many pound of rice and beans need to by cooked

some of my co-worker are getting together to have a benifit bbq for another co-worker whose mother has no insurance and needs help to pay some of he medical expenses. what I am trying to find out is we are serving chicken leg quarters,rice and beans with bread and a jalapeno. I am trying to figure out how many pounds of beans and rice do i need to buy. We have 900 ticket being sold

09/17/10 		I cook 8 pounds each of dried beans and rice per 100 for plated meals. You could go 10 pounds on the beans if you use a really tasty recipe.
