I am helping a friend with her wedding reception and we need to make about 500 Finger Sandwiches. We are planning on using small Crossiants with Deli Ham and Turkey also a tray with Cheddar & Swiss Chesse slices approximately how much Ham, Turkey, Cheddar & Swiss Cheese do we need to purchase? |

500 finger sandwiches is about 125-150 thin whole sandwiches, which counts as a meal for 75 people. You need 1 ounce each of cheese and meat to make these thin sandwiches. As to the deli trays, see the sandwich article and order according to how many people you are feeding. For example, it you have 175 people coming, the finger sandwiches would cover about 75 and you need enough food for 100 more. If you want to make an estimate and post it, include the number of people and the whole menu and I will check it for you |
