Chocolate fountains

The information you give is correct. At the last two events and several in the past that I have attended, the chocolate fountains either fell over, stopped fuctioning or blew up. Yes I said blew up. What a mess.

I reccommend using an electric fondue pot if you simply must have melted chocolate. It wouldn't hurt to have an attendent just for the table too.
