I am catering a wedding soon and the bride wants mashed potatoes. I would like to make them ahead,do you have a good recipe for freezing them? What kind of a container shoudl I use for freezing and how should they be thawed and reheated? Also not really clear on how many lbs of potatoes for 350 people,I am serving green beans also. thanks |
