07/21/10 		We are having a BBQ for approx 75 to 100 people.

The menu will be:

Hamburgers
Hot Dogs
Potato Salad
Macaroni Salad
Baked Beans
Chips
Cupcakes or Cake and Cookies

How much do we make?

07/23/10 		Casey, all these foods are listed on the plan for 100 page, use 2 1/2 times the amounts for 100. If you want to post the estimate, I will check it.

Melissa, you are going to have to go with 100 if you really don't know how many are coming. Allow 1 burger per person plus 10%; 1 hot dog per person (I suggest Polish sausage, much tastier and not much more expensive), but only open 1/2 to start- you may have some to freeze left over. Sandwich fixings, lettuce, ketchup, etc. are on the sandwich event page. All the other foods are covered on the plan for 100 list. Desserts, on the dessert planning page.
