After looking at some postings - I should give you more info. Grad party for about 130 between 3 to 6 pm. Menu is sloppy joes, pulled pork sandwiches, broccoli salad, pasta salad, three bean hotdish (it's like the calico bean thing) - chips and cake. How much meat do I need for the sloppy joes and how many pounds of pork? Also- how much of the bean dish should I be making? Thank you! |

Hello again. About 4 gallon of beans. I would make meats ahead and freeze in sauce. About 20 pounds raw boneless each. |
