06/17/10 		Can you tell me how many pounds of pork shoulder do I need to buy to feed 384 people? we will be smoking this meat and pull apart for bbq sandwiches

06/18/10 		1 pound raw boneless makes only about 3 sandwiches, and I allow at least 1.2 sandwiches per adult.
