Cloudy rings around cooktop burner

06/11/10 		I have the Kenmore Elite black ceramic cooktop and it has developed a faint cloudy ring around one of the burners. How do I remove it?

06/11/10 		If you check the threads on cleaning these tops, you will see they basically don't come off...
