05/04/10 		Dinner for 200 - serving chicken, roast beef, mashed potatoes, mixed veg and gravy, buns and salad will also be offered. How much frozen veg shoud I buy?

05/04/10 		45 pounds of each; I would consider adding a second veg, it makes the table/ plate look very abundant.
