Graduation Party

02/17/10 		We are having a graduation party for approx 350 people. The menu is Chicken alfredo and spagetti, tossed salad garlic bread and veggie and relish trays. Can you give me a quantity on how much to make. We are doing this ourselves and need some help. Thanks.

02/17/10 		OK. Go to the spaghetti page and see the dinner for 50-60 at the bottom of the page. Use this for 50, multiply the amounts times 7. There is a recipe for a relish tray for 60 guide at the top of the veggie tray page, make at least 4. Then use the rest of the page to plan your veggie trays- 2 ounces per person. But I might do a fruit tray instead, they sure like it.
