11/16/04 		Turkey is so easy to cook and so cheap, that I usdually make a large one and freeze slices and pieces after dinner. With the smaller turkeys, you allow 1 pound of of whole turkey per person. So if you want leftovers, you add 1/2 pound each each serving desired.
If you buy froaen, do not forget to thaw in the refrigerator- allow 24 hours for each 10 pounds.
