Roaster size for reheating Orange Dijon Chicken

09/15/09 		I am planning on doing this recipe for 300 for my church. We have 3 roasters we can borrow from a neighboring church, but I need to buy a few more. Are the $40 18 qt. roasters big enough or do I need to buy the $80 22 qt. versions?

09/15/09 		Get the 18 quart, Nesco if you have a choice of brands. They hold about 50-60 people's worth each, 50 is good for reheating. They are the most practically for holding and serving.
