09/10/09 		You will have a LOT left over, in fact I would freeze part now for a later date. Don't know what type/ cut of meat you bought, but even with serving ech person a half chicken you only need about 120 pounds per 100. For boneless roasts, 50 pounds raw per 100 is usually plenty.
