wedding reception for 75-80 people. I have been blessed and church ladies are going to help make food. the menue is soup, sandwiches and salads and nice bread and crackers... so far I have 4 different soups being made, 3 types of salad,someone is making home made buns also will have sandwich wraps So the famouse question How much do I need! thank you! |

6 gallons of soup would be plenty 2 rolls each and blow yourself to REAL BUTTER 4-6 pounds crackers, less if plain, nore if dips and spreads 1 wrap per person plus about 10% extra of each kind more than 1 some cheese logs or balls would be great with this, fruit trays instead of just salads...
