Ok, my daughter wants to serve watermelon, cantaloupe, and honey dew at her reception. We will have approximately 200 guests. I will also be serving a fruit dip (lemon pudding mixed with whipped topping) and some mixed nuts and pastel pillow mints and a drink. The big question is: How much of each of those fruits do I purchase or plan on for that amount of people? |

You need 1 pound whole melon for a large dessert size fruit serving, so I suggest 1/2 pound per person for a partial item. |
