how much pasta for 60 people

07/28/09 		I am cooking a dinner for 60 people and need to know how much pasta for this amount. I think its 1 cup per person

07/29/09 		We are making a free will supper for around 60 people. The main dish is macaroni and cheese. How much pasta will I need. I make a white sauce and add cheese to this then add it to the macaroni. thank you shirley

07/30/09 		You need about 10 pounds dry. If it is a main dish, consider grati8ng in some onion to beef up the flavor.
