I am responsible for feeding 150 men after a charity golf tournament. We will be eating steak, baked potatoes, salad and bread. My question is regarding the baked potatoes. What is going to be the easiest method to bake this many potatoes? And the best way to keep them warm if they all can't be prepared in one cooking? |
