I have large turkey breasts to cook for church dinner for the needy. They are approx. 10-15#. How many and how long should they cook. I need this information soon.

The cooking time depends on whether they are bone-in or boneless. 350 degrees to internal temp of at least 155, let stand 1/2 hour before carving. Takes 3-4 hours depending on size and shape and whether there are bones. |
