How much for party of 25-30 people

05/09/09 		I am having a spanish club party for about 30 people. The meat is being taken cae of by someone else. I am providing the sides. Approximately how much rice, beans, guacamole, salsa and chips? I was thinking
4 pints beans
4 pints rice
4 pints guacamole (all in 13x9x5" pans)
3 pints salsa

Please help.
