For a veggie tray containing pickles, cucumbers, baby carrots, celery and black olives, do I figure 2 oz. per person? Its hard for me to determine how much of each of these I should buy. I visited the veggie trays button at top but am still confused. It is for a graduation and will be served along with cake/cookies/brownies/ nachos, fruit tray (approx 150 guests) Can you help? Thanks so much!! |

You will want ranch dip, of course. For 100 people, I get a gallon of pickles and 2-3 quarts of olives, then the two-three ounces is just the veggies, about half carrots and the rest divides among the other two- but I would consider using 1/4 carrots and adding broccoli florets and grape or cherry tomatoes- prettier and most people like them better than celery and cukes. |
