I assume this is after services and people will basically be eating dinner. Ham Sandwich on dinner size rolls or buns Turkey Sandwich using dinner size rolls or buns- wheat & white I would not make ahead. I would do platters with cheese, assortment of breads and condiments. Turkey Mandarin Salad (1 batch consists of 2 c. turkey, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. diced celery, 1 c. green grapes cut in half, 1 c. mandarin oranges, 1 c. uncooked pasta shells, 1/2 c. slivered almonds, 1 c. miracle whip) I hope the pasta gets cooked. I might use a different pasta salad if I were serving the turkey sandwiches... several good recipes for 100 on site- you would want about 1/2.
Fruit Tray- see fruit tray page, make 1 1/2 trays for 25. |

Thanks for your input. How much Ham & Turkey do you think I would need? Also what kind of cheese and how much of that do you think I would need? |

See the sandwich event page for full info on meats and cheeses for sandwich fillings. It would be thoughtful to add a bowl of egg salad, swirled peanut but and jam or swirled peanut butter and nutella for sandwich fillings for the non meat eaters. |
