BBQ for 75-100 people

03/23/09 		Gonna be planning a Bday Party ,how meat would i need for 100 people if i was doing 4 meat selection chicken , brisket ,sausage & pork ribs ? any help would be really helpfull

05/02/09 		I'm cateering BBQ for 100 people. I'm doing brisket and all the trimmings. I have an awesome BBQ sauce that I make. How much sauce should I make for 100 people?
