03/12/09 		I have to cook a 13.50 pound corned beef. I don't have 13 .50 hours to cook it in. can i cut it in half and cook 2 6.75 pounders in the same pan for 6.75 hours?....please answer via e-mail if easier for you

03/12/09 		Yes. try to slice so they are about the same thickness and size, as well as weight. Or cook overnight ahead and reheat sliced in simmering liquid.

03/13/09 		12-14 pounds well trimmed raw for party/dinner size portions. It shrinks quite a bit.
