I have read the method for the swiss roll but at what stage do I add the egg whites? Is it before or after adding the flour to the beaten yokes? E. |

Take 1/3 of the beaten egg whites and fold gently into the yolk flour mixture. Then pour all this combined mixture on top of the remaining whipped egg whites, and fold gently together. Do not beat the batter once the agg whites are added. |
