Tivoli steamer basket

12/01/08 		Hello all! I just bought a TIVOLI eanmel-on-steel steamer basket from ROSS. I was wondering whether anyone has used one of those and how well they respond in a pressure cooker for example. Thanks, Sophia

12/01/08 		Sophia, there are plenty of solid stainless steamers and colanders available that would do fine in your pressure cooker. I would not pu an enamel on steel one under pressure, the difference in the expansion rates of the two materials might damage the finish.
