11/13/08 		I do not see anything on table ware. Could you tell me how many Beverage Cups, Coffee Cups, Dinner Plates, Soup Bowls, Desert Plates, Lucheon Napkins, Desert Napkins, Forks, Spoons, Knives I will need for a party of 150 adults?

11/14/08 		Hmm, it's there somewhere... It depends on table versus buffet service and on the menu, but here is a ball park.

Beverage Cups, 2 per person for drinks/cocktails, plus 1 for the table setting
Coffee Cups, 1 per brewed cup
Dinner Plates, 1.2 per person
Soup Bowls, 1.2 per person
Desert Plates, 1.2 per person
Lucheon Napkins, 2 per person if heavy, 3 if light
Desert Napkins, 1 per person
Forks, Spoons, Knives 2 sets per person
