Pam, the reason all the tables are posted is so you can make an initial effort and post it, so I can go over it. You do not give me enough information. For example, time of day, length of party, types of beverages served, desserts, mix of crowd (spouses, men only, etc) all affect the amount of food you need. You need a total of about 10 gallons of sides/salads for each 100 for a meal service, but only about 1 cup total per person if it is mid-afternoon. You will be aiming for about 5 ounces of meats per person if it is between meals, up to 8 if it is at mealtime. There is a sandwich planning page which outlines breads and condiments as well as basics on sandwich amounts, and there is an appetizer planning page and a beverage planning page for additional guidance. So sit down with your pad and pencil and make a first estimate. Post it, and I will be glad to check and comment. |
