07/08/04 		I was wondering how much hamburger I would need to make sloppy joes for 50 adults.

07/08/04 		According to the can I have here. 1 can is about 7 servings and requires only one pound of hamb. I figure it will be 8 can of sloppy joes and about 8 pounds of hamb.

07/09/04 		The can makes 7 modest sandwiches; usually you need 20% over for this type group, unless they are very light eaters or you have a LOT of side dishes. So I would go with 9 cans. Ellen
