Helping my best friend with her daugther wedding for 250 we are planning cheesy potatoes, baked beans,lettuce salad and trying to come up with something different other than chicken breast and pork loin?? Something reasonaly priced, easy, and very good. |

With this informal menu, you could consider purchasing fried chicken. You could change to a Swiss steak with rice and a good corn casserole and a good green bean dish. Lighter, prettier, and more formal. |
