what is the best types of salad dressing to use for 130 people. we are hosting a baked ziti dinner -i want to limit to 2 dressings which do you recommend as the most poplar? |

I would say ranch and Italian. |

I would not use just two. At a minimum, you want regular and light ranch and some kind of Italian/balsamic plus real olive oil and a nice vinegar in cruets or shakers. |
