I need help finding a filling (mousse type?) for chocolate cups to serve at a wedding for 100 guests. Just found out provider will be unable to make them for us, so we hope to do this ourselves if I can find ready made cups. Is there a filling that can be made in advance and just fill & garnish the cups before serving? I worry about having the chocolate blossom if they were to be filled in advance and refrigerated. |
