hi- if I have a whole boneless cooked ham sliced down for lunchmeat how long will it stay good and not dry out? |

It depends on how you store it. If you pack it into small bags so you only take out what you will use, and the rest stays refrigerated, it will do a week easily. If you pack it loosely all in one bag and keep taking it in and out, just a few days. Lunch meats can also be frozen up to one month. Pack in bags you will only use up in one or two days. |
