hi- if I have a whole boneless cooked ham sliced down for lunchmeat how long will it stay good and not dry out?

It depends on how you store it. If you pack it into small bags so you only take out what you will use, and the rest stays refrigerated, it will do a week easily. If you pack it loosely all in one bag and keep taking it in and out, just a few days.

Lunch meats can also be frozen up to one month. Pack in bags you will only use up in one or two days.
