reheating cod, prawn & asparagus soup

Hi,

I have to make a soup for 20 teachers tomorrow. I would like to prepare today and bring to the school in the am for reheating.
This soup is a tomatoe broth base with cod, shrimp, prawns, asparagus & celary.

HELP...can I prepare the day ahead and will store in garage or fridge and how about the reheating tomorrow.

I would definitely refrigerate. I would prepare the soup without the shrimp, then reheat, then slide in the shrimp and cook until done.
