Hello. I'm having a pasta dinner for about 35 people. Accordingly, how many pounds of pasta should I make, as well as meat (sausage, meatballs, and pork). Thank you! |

See the spaghetti/ lotsa pasta page, button at the top left of the main cook talk page. There is a dinner for 50-60; you need 2/3 the amounts for about 35. Your meats should total about 1 pound for each two people raw, or a bit more if salad is the only side dish. |

I need to cook shell pasta and make sauce for about 110 people. How much pasta do I need? I will be using canned sauce as a starter, how much of this do you think is needed? I will be adding hamburger to part of the sauce and leaving some without. Thank you. |

On the spaghetti/lotsa pasta page, there is a recipe for sausage and mozzarella bake for 120. If you use it as a guide and just put meat in half, holding the other basic quantities steady, yo should be about perfect for 110. |
