my aunt has been working on a pull apart BBQ sandwich recipe. She does alot of fundraising and events in large numbers. We are looking for the ideal time for pressure cooking pork in bulk (about 30 lbs at a time) Any ideas outside the typical 12 minutes per pound which leads to a ridiculous numberof over 5 hours? |

well we experimented and an hour and 30 was about perfect, thanks anyhow :-) |

You use the 12 minutes per pound for the largest piece, not the total weight. You probably had a 7-8 pound piece in there, so 1 1/2 hours were just right. |
