Italian Beef

08/23/08 		I am fixing Italian Beef for sandwitches for a business meeting (all men). I need to know what would be good to serve with the beef. Men don't seem to be veggie and dip people. Your suggestions would be appreciated.

08/23/08 		I would serve an antipasto platter, a relish tray, or a hot dip such as artichoke or white pizza dip. Recipes are located throughout the site.

Then a good potato or pasta salad.

Then a cobbler for dessert, with vanilla ice cream to scoop.
