Hi Ellen Well I have my 18 lbs raw pork slow cooking in a roaster oven at 200 degrees. How long do you think this will take? It seems like its already taking awhile. I'm not in a hurry by all means but I just want to make sure i'm cooking this at a good temp. I think the lower the temp the better so it doesnt burn on the bottom correct? Thanks for your help in advance :) |

If they are a;; about the same size, using the weight of the largest roast, check the internal temp after 1 hour per pound. You want 160. |

How long does it take to warm it up since its been in the refrigerator? What temp should I have it on to warm it up and how long will it take? |

If you are talking about room temp before cooking, not to exceed 1 hour. After roasting, wait at least 30 minutes before slicing. |
