I plan to make up soups and meals such as spag, Stew with veg, Rissoles gravy and veg. Tuna Mornay etc. I want to pack into 1 size meal and soup containers and then make available to people to buy. How much would each serve be and what size containers would be needed for a good serve. |

If you look in the freezer department at your grocery, you will see many dishes of this type packaged. You will do fine if you go about 2 ounces by weight more that the standard freezer package. It is illegal in most US states to package food for sale in a home kitchen. You can look into renting work time in a church, school cafeteria, or other kitchen with a commercial license. |
