I am feeded 620 men and i what them to come back for 2nds how many briskets do i need? We have 200 lbs sasuage and 40 racks of ribs and potatoe salad. I just what them to all they want. |

You want AT LEAST 1 pound ready to eat for each 3 people; 1 pound for 2 is not way too much for brisket only, but with the sausage and ribs you may not need it. The ribs, I would get at least 20 more racks, that is what you are most likely to run out of, 26 gallons of potato salad. Add slaw and beans if you can. |
