I am preparing about 70 obs of Sirloin tip Roast, which I will slice and reheat the day of the event. How do I figure how much will fit in my 18 Qt nesco? Will I need a second Nesco? And how much time should I figure to reheat it? |

Basically, about 60 peoples' worth fit in one Nesco and you have about 140 peoples' worth, so you need two. I would roast in a regular oven if I wanted to do all at once. Cool, slice.
