08/05/08 		Maureen, is this one party at which you will serve all three? The amounts are quite different from each one separately.

If this is a party, please let me know if it is buffet service, what kind of pasta (plain spaghetti as a side, main dish casserole/ baked, etc) and whether this is chicken with a side dish of potatoes or a casserole of chicken and potatoes.

08/05/08 		Yes, I will serve all three. It will be buffet service. It will be ziti and sauce. Chicken dish is a casserole.

08/05/08 		How much will I need of each? I'm doing a buffet service for sixty five people. I will be serving sausage and peppers, ziti w/sauce and a chicken and potato casserole.

08/05/08 		OK. I would get about 15 pounds of sausage and serve it in chunks, not whole. 4 each 9x13 of the casseroles, maybe one more of the pasta if they are heavy eaters. This assumes some salads, vegetables, bread and desserts.
