Ellen I am having a cookout for 33 people I would like to grill the burgers in advance. How can I keep the burgers warm for a couple of hours without drying them out. Thanks |

Got, me, kiddo. The folks at America's test kitchen published a recipe for how to cook well done burgers without drying them out, but, I don't know any secrets for HOLDING them without drying them out... It is not safe to partially cook ground meat and finish later. |
