We are having a block party for our church and I need something to feed 250 cheap. They also want the food to be something people have to sit down and eat, not a carry round meal such as hot dogs or burgers. |

Sit down meals are cheaper. Check the Basic Budget entrees section in Big Pots, there are at least a dozen possibilities there, all designed for simple, low cost preps for 100 people. If nothing appeals, write back. |

We are having a BBQ for 250 people for our HOA Association. We want to serve hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, condiments, etc. How much do I need for each thing? Thank you |

Allow one patty PLUS 1 dog per person PLUS 10% extra if you want to have enough. Sides and condiments for sandwiches for 100 are discussed at length on the sandwich even page. |
